Key responsibilities & impact

Elicit, analyze, and document requirements together with business stakeholders;
Prepare functional specifications, process modeling, and use cases;
Monitor solution development with technical teams and vendors;
Estimate effort and support delivery planning;
Design and execute test plans, ensuring adherence to business rules;
Validate developed functionality and support acceptance testing and approvals;
Guide development, support, and consulting teams on business rules;
Participate in meetings with clients and internal teams to define new requirements and improvements;
Ensure the quality of functional documentation and project artifacts;
Deliver training on processes and system functionalities when required.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Management, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems or a health-related field (Nursing, Pharmacy, Medicine, or Biomedical Sciences);
Experience with hospital billing, clinical registries, and business rules (SUS — Brazil’s public health system — and private health insurance);
Experience in elicitation and documentation of requirements;
Experience identifying and resolving data inconsistencies;
Knowledge of SQL and Oracle databases (queries and building Views);
Knowledge of process modeling and flowcharts;
Analytical and investigative mindset, focused on problem solving;
Experience with hospital processes and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, or administrative processes (HR, Finance, or Logistics);
Experience with systems such as SoulMV, Tasy, GRP Dynamics, Timekeeper, or similar.
