About the role
- Understand business needs, collaborating with the area's Product Owners (POs);
- Design technology solutions to meet identified needs;
- Align solutions and oversee implementation with internal and external technical teams and quality teams, driving our agile projects in collaboration with the POs;
- Iterate on implemented solutions for business validation until final delivery and effective production use;
- Monitor changes in business area processes for maintenance and adaptation of our solutions;
- Conduct studies on technical feasibility and impacts of each implementation, following the institution's established patterns, guidelines and procedures;
- Analyze system functionality from a technical perspective and perform unit tests to ensure the quality of delivery;
- Act as dev lead and lead a team of developers (Pleno/mid-level, Junior and Senior), maintaining a healthy development pipeline;
- Review code and guide the team in applying best practices;
- Provide technical support focused on ensuring operability and resilience of corporate systems (both in production and non-production environments), participating in troubleshooting of critical incidents and problem resolution;
- Participate in projects to improve existing features and in technological innovation.
Requirements
- Developer with at least 8 years of experience in building and maintaining systems.
- Experience working on Agile projects.
- Ability to adapt to changes in projects/systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages: JVM (Java, Scala), Angular and React, Java EE (EJB, JMS), ASP, ASP.NET, .NET Core (React).
- Web frameworks (VRaptor, Scalatra); Java frameworks (Spring, Hibernate).
- Build tools (Maven, SBT).
- JavaScript frameworks (jQuery, RequireJS, Backbone, Underscore).
- Writing and analyzing stored procedures in PL/SQL.
- SQL databases (Oracle), Microsoft SQL Server; Web server (Microsoft Windows Server – IIS).
- Continuous integration and automated testing (Jenkins, Selenium, JUnit, Specs2).
- Architecture: MVC, Services, Microservices, Docker, RESTful APIs.
- Agile framework.
- Tools: GitHub, TFS.
- Azure DevOps.
- Systems integration, primarily developing APIs using Web Services (SOAP and REST) and/or Microsoft APIM environment.
- Delphi.
