About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform a variety of duties in support of the Office of Admissions
- Maintain a wide variety of student records, both electronic and manual recordkeeping/filing systems
- Respond to inquiries from students, staff, and the public
- Mail various materials to students and prospective students
- Assist with clerical projects
- Review and process undergraduate applications for admission
- Admit or deny student admission based upon evaluations of academic credentials
- Maintain and ensure a confidential environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school graduation or equivalent AND two years of full-time clerical experience OR equivalent education/experience
- Demonstrated computer software skills, including the ability to use Microsoft Office programs, such as: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of the admissions process.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Word, Excel, Adobe, and Outlook.
- Experience with WSU Student Information System.
- Experience with Slate CRM.
- Experience working with student records.
