Business Development Manager – Buildings
WSP in DeutschlandResponsible for Development in the Building sector for the PACA region. Work within the multidisciplinary team at WSP France.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop public and private business prospects
- Maintain relationships with stakeholders involved in the construction process
- Prepare and submit all pre-qualification dossiers
- Draft all commercial proposals
- Coordinate commercial activities with other offices and business units
- Negotiate contracts with clients and partners
- Organize and represent WSP France at professional meetings
- Present WSP France to new partners or clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree (Bac +5), engineering degree, or university diploma in Building/Construction or a degree from an architecture school
- Technical/project experience in commercial development within building construction activities (architectural firms, construction companies, engineering consultancies, owner’s project management - AMO, etc.)
- Knowledge of architectural/engineering design and project management (maîtrise d’œuvre) for healthcare buildings, laboratories, R&D centers, and cultural and administrative centers
- Proficiency in preparing bid proposals
- Knowledge of the Loi MOP and procedures for Global Performance Contracts (Marchés Globaux de Performance) or Performance Contracts
- Proficient with IT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English
