About the role
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve aggressive sales goals.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, industry events, and online research.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM system.
- Forecast sales and report on sales performance.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Aggressively close value-adding deals to generate value for yourself and WSI.
Requirements
- 5+ years prior experience with outbound prospecting and closing.
- Strong hunter mentality with a passion for closing deals.
- Build trust with customers by ensuring that all of their needs are being met as committed.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Be driven by results, yet patient in working through the sales process.
- Demonstrate an ability to have a high degree of attention to detail.
