Key responsibilities & impact

Support the development and deployment of workflow automation technologies
Bridge the gap between client-facing teams, product development, and engineering
Document and analyze complex workflows
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineering teams
Support UAT and client testing processes
Conduct data analysis to identify process inefficiencies
Prepare client-facing documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Knowledge of financial topics or an interest in markets
Strong knowledge of coding best practices
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, knowledge of PHP a plus
Demonstrated passion for process enhancement
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Prior experience with workflow/process automation tools a plus
Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, SQL a plus
