About the role
- Personal reception and greeting of all visitors
- Handling visitor registration
- Escorting guests to their contact person (e.g., opening doors, calling the elevator)
- Central point of contact for visitors and employees across all areas
Requirements
- Very good German and English skills (additional languages are an advantage)
- Excellent manners and a well-groomed appearance
- Friendly, courteous and professional demeanor
- Strong communication skills and a strong customer orientation
- Confident, service-oriented conduct with a focus on excellent service
- Ability to work in a team combined with the ability to act independently
- Security instruction according to Section 34a of the German Trade Regulation Act (GewO) or willingness to obtain it
