About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly business performance reports for Management and Sales teams
Perform analysis on operational data
Forecast and plan budgets
Work directly with VPs to provide operational support through analysis and reporting
Identify relevant controlling topics
Further develop key performance indicators and processes, and coordinate implementation of measures
Comment on monthly and quarterly reports to Management
Provide comprehensive overviews of development and trends
Ensure an active and robust support structure with reliable and timely information
Support mergers and acquisitions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 5-10 years of proven experience in FP&A and controlling
Proven experience in FP&A and controlling, including initiating and implementing of controlling programs
Profound knowledge in controlling, planning & budgeting, and analysis & statistics
Advanced knowledge of Asset, Risk, and Productivity Management
Excellent presentation technique and skills
High-level ability in Analytics, Initiative, Result and Quality Orientation, and Strategic Judgment
Power Query knowledge preferred
