About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support sales targets by contacting prospective clients to book an appointment with a hearing care professional in one of our many clinics across Canada
- Identify client needs and new sales opportunities, introduce promotions, and book hearing care appointments
- Meet and exceed daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and overall targets while ensuring each interaction is consistent with standards of HearCANADA
- Participate in daily/weekly team meetings to share feedback and practice sales skills
- Maintain a high-volume calling plan and update all pertinent client information in appointment system (CRM)
- Communicate and work effectively with clinic teams to maximize booking schedules
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ years experience in inside sales or high-volume appointment scheduling
- Health industry experience is considered an asset
- Able to exercise empathy and lead the conversation to obtain client bookings with individuals experiencing hearing loss
- Preference given to candidates who are demonstrably bilingual (English, French)
- Highly motivated and goal-driven to exceed KPIs
- Prior experience with CRM systems, and willing to learn new software and tools
- Strong integrity, professionalism, and work ethic
- Ability to work independently
