Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a strategic TA partner to hiring leaders across various functions, providing market insights and hiring advice
- Own end-to-end recruitment from intake to offer, with a strong focus on quality, speed, and candidate experience
- Lead and support recruitment for all our EMEA countries, including our major hubs - Denmark, Germany, Poland - including workforce planning and hiring strategies
- Leverage data, systems, and tools to continuously improve hiring effectiveness and TA practices.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a strategic, end-to-end recruiter (in-house or agency)
- Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders in a regional or global matrix environment
- High level of project management capability, with passion and energy for driving hiring events and campaigns
- Tech-savvy, data-driven, and comfortable adopting new TA tools and approaches
- Strong track record in direct sourcing and head-hunting of passive candidates across competitive talent markets
