About the role

  • Lead and execute the national sales strategy across the wholesale channel for Signia and Widex brands, with full accountability for revenue growth, profitability, and forecasting.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business plans that identify strategic opportunities, prioritize investments, and drive sustainable growth.
  • Provide leadership and direction to a large, geographically dispersed sales organization, fostering a high-performance, results-driven culture.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners to expand market presence and capture new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align sales initiatives with broader organizational priorities and ensure effective execution of commercial programs.
  • Establish scalable performance frameworks, including metrics, targets, and incentive structures, to optimize sales effectiveness.
  • Monitor market dynamics and competitive trends to identify opportunities for market share expansion and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and sustain a high-performance sales culture that builds belief, maximizes opportunity, and drives consistent commitment to achieving and exceeding revenue goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Significant experience in sales leadership, including managing large teams and national-level operations.
  • Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and executing strategic sales initiatives.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain positive, collaborative relationships across a matrixed, cross-functional organization to drive alignment, accountability, and successful execution of business objectives.
  • Willingness to travel extensively as required (up to 60%).
