Overall responsibility for achieving excellence in the day to day operations of The Street Chestnut Hill
Oversight and ownership of general budget, supporting the business plan, and thinking like a fiduciary
Lead regular activities of the center including brand management, marketing, operations, customer service, sales and administrative management
Build and manage external partnerships, including those with tenants, customers, the community, the government and financial partners
Actively consider the consumer and identify leads for Leasing; partner with Leasing to attract, retain, and grow tenants
Partner with Construction and Development to improve the property and continually focus on customer experience (parking, services, amenities, public spaces, art)
Assist with tenant fit outs, tenant marketing and staggered openings at 27 Boylston and ensure tenant integration into the property and community
Build and drive strategic brand partnerships, resulting in incremental revenue and added-value experiences for guests
Manage property finances within context of performance; prepare and manage budget and evaluate financial trade-offs
Juggle a large workload with a focus on impact vs effort and ROI
Develop and participate in a proactive MOD plan for the center
Report to a regional Director of Asset Strategy and Experience
Direct reports include a Marketing lead, Assistant Marketing Manager, Operations lead, Maintenance Technician, and Property Coordinator
