Serve as the primary advisor to clinical practices, building trust and long-term partnerships
Conduct detailed evaluations of practice workflows, patient scheduling, staffing structures, billing, revenue cycle management, and care delivery models
Collaborate with clients to design strategic roadmaps that improve patient access and optimize physician productivity
Advise clients on compliance with federal, state, and industry regulations
Recommend and guide the integration of new technologies such as EHR/EMR optimization
Requirements
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in healthcare administration
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, or a related field (required)
Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in practice operations, patient flow, and financial outcomes
