About the role
- Execute and oversee end-to-end sales process using a consultative/solution selling approach
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at prospective clients
- Develop strategies to improve customer experience and lead conversion using HubSpot CRM data and customer feedback
- Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and analyze sales data in HubSpot to identify trends and opportunities
- Track sales-related discussions and next steps with prospective customers and maintain accurate HubSpot CRM data
- Assist with setup and optimization of automated workflows within HubSpot
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on sales achievements, challenges, market trends, and recommendations
- Oversee development and management of a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely updates
- Optimize sales process and experience from pre-sale to post-sale
- Manage revenue-generating partnerships including pipeline development, sourcing, deal evaluation, negotiations, and operationalizing deals
- Actively engage with networking contacts, professional affiliations, industry groups and Centers of Influence
- Maintain deep understanding of consumer market, usage patterns and competitive landscape
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent required
- Master’s degree in Business Administration preferred
- Minimum of 5 years selling experience in IT, preferably handling software or SaaS solutions
- Excellent track record in selling Software / SaaS solutions, preferably in Healthcare industry
- Proven experience in HubSpot, specifically in setting up sales workflows
- Demonstrated success in consultative and solution-oriented selling in a B2B, SaaS environment
- Proven track record to meet and/or exceed business targets
- Knowledge of using social media platforms for customer acquisition
- Strong analytical skills and data driven decision making
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively present and negotiate at all levels
- Available during standard US business hours (9am-5pm EST or 8:30am-4:30pm EST)
