About the role

  • Execute and oversee end-to-end sales process using a consultative/solution selling approach
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at prospective clients
  • Develop strategies to improve customer experience and lead conversion using HubSpot CRM data and customer feedback
  • Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and analyze sales data in HubSpot to identify trends and opportunities
  • Track sales-related discussions and next steps with prospective customers and maintain accurate HubSpot CRM data
  • Assist with setup and optimization of automated workflows within HubSpot
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on sales achievements, challenges, market trends, and recommendations
  • Oversee development and management of a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely updates
  • Optimize sales process and experience from pre-sale to post-sale
  • Manage revenue-generating partnerships including pipeline development, sourcing, deal evaluation, negotiations, and operationalizing deals
  • Actively engage with networking contacts, professional affiliations, industry groups and Centers of Influence
  • Maintain deep understanding of consumer market, usage patterns and competitive landscape

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent required
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years selling experience in IT, preferably handling software or SaaS solutions
  • Excellent track record in selling Software / SaaS solutions, preferably in Healthcare industry
  • Proven experience in HubSpot, specifically in setting up sales workflows
  • Demonstrated success in consultative and solution-oriented selling in a B2B, SaaS environment
  • Proven track record to meet and/or exceed business targets
  • Knowledge of using social media platforms for customer acquisition
  • Strong analytical skills and data driven decision making
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively present and negotiate at all levels
  • Available during standard US business hours (9am-5pm EST or 8:30am-4:30pm EST)
