About the role
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including modeling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and ROI assessments
- Evaluate and analyze business and financial operations to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for efficiency and growth
- Develop, monitor, and interpret financial and operational performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards
- Partner with leadership to design and implement process improvements that drive financial and operational scalability
- Support strategic decision-making by assessing the financial impact of business initiatives across Product, Sales, and Operations
- Research industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices in SaaS and health-tech to inform financial and business recommendations
- Prepare clear, concise financial reports and presentations that communicate actionable insights to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with financial standards, policies, and internal controls
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a hybrid role combining both
- Proven ability to perform financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting at a high level
- Experience analyzing and improving business processes, with a strong understanding of operational inefficiencies
- Background in SaaS or health-tech industries preferred
- Proficiency with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
- Advanced skills in Excel, with experience in accounting/finance platforms such as QuickBooks, Xero, and SQL-based analysis
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
- Critical thinker and problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
