About the role
- Leverage data and build the data systems to understand our customers and our funnel in depth, identify areas of opportunity, and execute projects to drive revenue, customer growth, activation, and/or engagement
- Design, build, and maintain full-stack customer-facing products that help grow Thatch
- Lead product-led growth initiatives end-to-end — from research to ideation to shipping wins
- Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using React, TypeScript, and other modern frameworks
- Design, test, and optimize A/B experiments to drive user acquisition and activation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable and robust growth systems across all our marketing stack
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our product-led growth
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working in a full stack engineering role
- Understanding of modern cloud infra (we currently use AWS, Render, and Vercel at the moment)
- Knowledgeable about modern web technologies and testing frameworks
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to use data to find answers (SQL)
- Ability to work cross-functionally to identify and ideate solutions for problems with a direct business impact
- Passion for being involved in the intersection between product, business, and marketing
- Have a low ego, deep curiosity, an appetite to build, and employ good judgment in making hard trade-offs with limited resources
