About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Growth Initiatives: Execute and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (brand, events, webinars, social, affiliates, CRO, automated outbound, and more) to generate leads and drive conversions.
- Analyze Performance: Monitor key marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates, etc.), identify trends, and provide data-driven insights to improve performance.
- Content & Messaging: Help develop compelling messaging, ad copy, and landing pages to enhance campaign performance.
- Test & Iterate: Run A/B tests across channels, optimizing creatives, audiences, and messaging to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing efforts with company objectives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3-4 years of experience in growth, digital, or performance marketing (preferably in B2B SaaS or healthtech).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing metrics, reporting, and data visualization.
- Experience with marketing tools such as Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, Mixpanel, Google Analytics.
- Strong copywriting skills and ability to craft compelling marketing assets.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with a test-and-learn mindset.
- Experience in health benefits, insurance, or fintech.
- Familiarity with SQL or data analytics tools.
- Previous experience in a high-growth startup.
