About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and improve core product flows related to onboarding, activation, and enrollment.
- Build and ship full stack features, from backend services to user-facing interfaces.
- Instrument product surfaces to understand user behavior and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Design, test, and iterate on changes that improve conversion.
- Work closely with product, design, and cross-functional partners to ship solutions.
- Contribute to systems that support engagement and lifecycle messaging.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience building and shipping production web applications across the stack.
- Strong product judgment and comfort working through ambiguity.
- Ability to reason about user behavior and use data to inform decisions.
- Experience owning features end-to-end.
- Track record of cross-functional collaboration and good technical decision-making.
