About the role
- Own end-to-end hiring for technical roles (Frontend, Backend, Full Stack, AI/ML, Platform, etc.)
- Partner closely with engineering leaders to deeply understand role requirements, tech stack, and hiring expectations
- Source and attract high-quality engineers from top product-based companies
- Conduct high-signal screening calls focused on problem-solving ability, system design thinking, and product mindset
- Drive candidates through the process efficiently while maintaining a strong quality bar
- Ensure a high-quality and transparent candidate experience
- Share regular updates on pipeline progress, market insights, and closure timelines
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in **technical recruiting**, preferably with **product-based tech companies**
- Strong track record of closing engineering roles with high quality and speed
- Ability to assess engineering depth beyond resumes (projects, ownership, impact, problem-solving)
- Experience working as a consultant or in fast-paced startup environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Nice to Have
- Prior experience hiring for AI, SaaS, or developer-first products
- Experience hiring for remote or distributed teams
- Familiarity with modern engineering stacks and architectures
