About the role

  • Own end-to-end hiring for technical roles (Frontend, Backend, Full Stack, AI/ML, Platform, etc.)
  • Partner closely with engineering leaders to deeply understand role requirements, tech stack, and hiring expectations
  • Source and attract high-quality engineers from top product-based companies
  • Conduct high-signal screening calls focused on problem-solving ability, system design thinking, and product mindset
  • Drive candidates through the process efficiently while maintaining a strong quality bar
  • Ensure a high-quality and transparent candidate experience
  • Share regular updates on pipeline progress, market insights, and closure timelines

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in **technical recruiting**, preferably with **product-based tech companies**
  • Strong track record of closing engineering roles with high quality and speed
  • Ability to assess engineering depth beyond resumes (projects, ownership, impact, problem-solving)
  • Experience working as a consultant or in fast-paced startup environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
  • Nice to Have
  • Prior experience hiring for AI, SaaS, or developer-first products
  • Experience hiring for remote or distributed teams
  • Familiarity with modern engineering stacks and architectures
