About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the redesign of GTM roles and building comprehensive Skills Matrices in collaboration with GTM leaders.
- Transform the Talent Review process from a "check-the-box" exercise into a meaningful growth engine by coaching managers on high-impact feedback and ensuring employees feel heard.
- Launch and manage an internal mobility initiative designed to level up employees for their next career move within Wrike.
- Act as a pragmatic problem-solver for Director-level stakeholders, using data to identify and resolve business friction before it scales.
- Navigate a high-volume environment, managing complex requests with speed and precision across the GTM and Marketing functions.
- Relentlessly identify and automate repetitive HRBP workflows by building custom Gems, utilizing Wrike’s internal AI tools, and documenting automated processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven track record as an HRBP in a high-growth tech environment, specifically supporting Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success teams.
- Experience in role mapping, leveling, and building competency-based Skills Matrices.
- Demonstrated ability to sit in on difficult conversations and provide immediate, actionable feedback to leadership.
- Ability to hear "cues" in business discussions, translate them into problems, and solve them using a mix of data and intuition.
- Expert-level understanding of local labor laws, employee relations, and performance management frameworks.
- Proficiency in G Suite and experience working within a Project Management or System of Record tool (like Wrike, Notion, Asana etc).
