About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Wpromote is seeking a Revenue Operations leader to drive business performance through strategic analytics, forecasting, operational excellence, and scalable program development.
  • This individual contributor role partners closely with Revenue, Client Services, Finance, and Executive Leadership to transform complex business data into actionable insights, improve forecasting accuracy, and develop programs that increase organizational effectiveness.
  • The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with strong business acumen and excels at building scalable processes that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Driving quarterly and annual planning processes through scenario modeling and business analysis.
  • Designing and implementing programs that improve operational efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
  • Supporting the development and ongoing management of incentive compensation in partnership with Finance and People Operations.
  • Leading cross-functional initiatives involving process improvements, systems enhancements, and operational transformation.
  • Establishing governance, documentation, and adoption strategies that support long-term success.
  • Translating complex analyses into actionable recommendations for executive stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Strategy, Analytics, Finance, Consulting, or a related field
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Gong, Excel, Google Sheets, and business intelligence platforms such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
  • Experience building forecasting models, executive dashboards, and performance reporting frameworks
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution
  • Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working within CRM and revenue technology ecosystems, preferably Salesforce
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple teams
  • Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills
