About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as Client point of contact and representative of the agency, presenting estimates, SOWs, project status, and deliverables
- Manage and monitor project lifecycle
- Manage day to day workflow, timelines, and milestones; working with the team to help drive scheduled deliverables, relay revision requests, record progress and help tackle obstacles as they arise
- Establish clear integration checkpoints to facilitate collaboration between the internal departments involved in the creative development process
- Own all internal correspondence such as crafting meeting reports, and reviewing creative and strategic briefs with an eye toward Client’s business goals
- Recap internal meetings, client and team feedback, decisions and deliverables in writing for dissemination to the team
- Create and maintains account/project status reports
- Coordinate and facilitate internal and client meetings
- Help develop and advocate for strategic goals, planning, and positioning
- Seek out opportunities for business growth with existing or new clients
- Collaborate with Account Lead and key project stakeholders to oversee project steps, tasks, requirements for SOW
- Manage internal asset management in partnership with the Production team
- Advocate for internal, cross functional teams (strategy, creative, production) to maintain integrity of the work, while staying on schedule and on budget
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of well-rounded account and project management experience in advertising or related creative, fast-paced businesses
- Experience successfully managing projects of a cross-functional team
- Experience with Experiential projects a plus
- Professional writing skills, ability to construct a well-written email with clarity and efficiency
- Ability to craft internal / external presentations and present in an engaging way
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and be resourceful, flexible and quick to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Acute attention to detail
- Ability to foster trusting relationships with teammates and clients
- Digitally connected, passionate about technology and innovation with an insatiable curiosity for how it applies to our industry
- Familiarity with Google Suite, Slack and Microsoft Office
