About the role

  • Formulate full-funnel paid social strategies that tie media decisions to client business objectives (e.g., revenue growth, CPA, LTV, lead generation, brand awareness).
  • Own day-to-day campaign setup, activation, and optimization across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Snap, Reddit, Pinterest, X, Nextdoor, and other relevant channels.
  • Lead client communications for assigned accounts (with Director support), including weekly reporting, optimization rationale, and recommended next steps.
  • Translate creative insights into testable hypotheses and partner closely with Creative leads (in-house teams, Wpromote creative retainers, or third-party agencies) to iterate on social-first creative assets and sequencing.
  • Design and run experiments and A/B tests, capture learnings, and scale winning tactics; track experiment velocity and ensure insights are documented.
  • Apply strict QA, tagging, and tracking discipline to ensure accurate delivery and measurement integrity.
  • Build and maintain measurement-accurate setups, including platform pixel tagging, server-to-server integrations (CAPI/SDK where applicable), and first-party signal capture; leverage tools such as Events Manager and Pixel Helper to identify and escalate gaps to senior measurement partners.
  • Participate in cross-functional pod workflows (Creative, Data Strategy, Paid Search, Programmatic) and execute against shared KPIs.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of paid media experience (paid social, paid search, and/or media buying) in an agency or in-house/client environment.
  • Hands-on experience building, optimizing, analyzing, and reporting on paid social campaigns across Meta and at least one additional platform (e.g., TikTok, Snap, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X, Nextdoor, Google).
  • Strong operational fluency with Meta Ads Manager and other platform UIs; comfortable exporting, analyzing, and manipulating campaign data.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics / GA4 (or tools such as Northbeam, Adobe, TripleWhale, etc.) for basic cross-channel and assist analysis.
  • Solid skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
