About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead a team of field sales representatives and contractor partners to exceed sales goals
- Recruit, interview, and hire top sales talent
- Coach and mentor sales representatives through field training and ride-alongs
- Conduct ongoing performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Achieve and exceed established sales quotas and territory goals
- Monitor prospecting, closing ratios, and sales productivity metrics
- Spend approximately 80% of your time in the field coaching and supporting your team
- Collaborate closely with marketing, construction, and operations to support market growth
- Prepare productivity reports and performance updates
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of sales leadership experience with proven results
- 3+ years of direct-to-consumer field sales experience
- Telecommunications, cable, or broadband experience preferred
- Experience managing or collaborating with third-party contractor sales teams preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Spotio, and ICOMS preferred (can be trained)
