About the role

  • Conduct proactive, outbound prospecting to identify and engage new business opportunities with breeders across the US and internationally.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through follow-up and final deal closure.
  • Utilize a multi-channel approach, including phone, email, and social media, to generate leads and build a robust pipeline.
  • Meticulously review and qualify breeder lists against established criteria to ensure a strong fit.
  • Diligently log all activities, interactions, and updates in the client's CRM system.

Requirements

  • Must be a self-starter with a proven track record in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or similar outbound sales role.
  • Demonstrated experience with cold outreach and a strong ability to close deals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a high-energy and persistent demeanor.
  • A genuine passion for animals and the pet industry is highly advantageous.
  • Prior experience using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and productivity suites like Google Workspace.
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote, full-time position.
  • Assertive personality with the resilience to navigate a fast-paced sales environment.
