About the role
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize based on KPIs and data insights
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking
- Implement A B testing strategies for creatives, copy, and targeting
- Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI
- Create clear and structured performance reports
- Collaborate with internal team members through Slack and Monday
- Develop ad creatives or coordinate creative needs using Canva
- Maintain organized documentation using Google Suite
- Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns and identify growth opportunities
Requirements
- Advanced English proficiency, written and spoken
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with metrics
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Positive, professional, and collaborative attitude
- Experience working with service-based or coaching businesses is a plus
- Experience using GHL
- Familiarity with performance dashboards and reporting frameworks
- Comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
