About the role

  • Manage end-to-end SaaS and CRM implementation projects
  • Lead needs analysis sessions and document functional requirements
  • Build and monitor project timelines and milestones
  • Track project health, risks, and overall delivery flow

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing SaaS implementation projects
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms and deployment processes
  • Experience with needs analysis and documentation
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining structure
  • Data-driven mindset focused on outcomes and performance metrics
  • Experience with Creatio CRM implementation is highly preferred
  • Experience managing CRM projects such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Professional, structured, and detail-oriented approach
  • Self-driven, reliable, and comfortable working independently
  • Ability to integrate well within a small, collaborative team environment
