About the role
- Follows the company’s values, vision, and mission.
- Research industry award opportunities and provide submissions support to account leads.
- Assist in building, monitoring, and measuring campaign results/performance, including tracking client media coverage and email sends.
- Develop reports and conduct analysis on account activities results/performance.
- Order signage, collateral, etc., from vendors as needed.
- Draft emails and content pieces under the direction of account leads.
- Conduct research for account leads, including industry events, products, and services.
- Join account leads on client calls, monitor emails and correspondence, and provide support as needed.
- Maintain records, notes, and create agendas for calls.
Requirements
- Strong critical thinking skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in marketing communications campaigns, social media endeavors, design/graphics, media relations, or public relations.
- Previous experience in public relations, communications, marketing, or related fields.
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with industry research and data analysis.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing client and team needs.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
- Capacity to maintain confidentiality of client and company information.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
