About the role
- Contact new inbound leads within 60 seconds of submission (this is a non-negotiable KPI).
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls with confidence and professionalism.
- Clearly explain their RTA cabinet offering, including product scope and sales process.
- Strictly qualify leads based on fit, timeline, expectations, and seriousness.
- Book only qualified appointments directly on the design and sales team’s calendars.
- Manage follow-ups, revive dead leads, and conduct cold calls when required.
- Maintain detailed and accurate notes for every interaction in Go High Level.
- Support strong appointment show-up rates and overall sales conversion quality.
- Stay organized and performance-driven while meeting daily and weekly targets.
- Work weekdays and Saturdays as part of the assigned schedule.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in appointment setting or inside sales.
- Direct experience in RTA cabinets or cabinet sales is mandatory.
- Proven ability to handle high-speed inbound lead environments.
- Excellent spoken English with a polished and professional phone presence.
- Strong objection-handling skills and full control of sales conversations.
- High level of discipline, accountability, and independence.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven role.
- Availability to work full time, including Saturdays.
