About the role
- Conduct outbound calls to potential leads and introduce the company’s services.
- Manage appointment setting, coordinating schedules with sales representatives or management.
- Build, organize, and maintain prospect lists and contact databases for continuous outreach.
- Follow up with current and past leads to nurture relationships and close potential deals.
- Develop a solid understanding of the company’s logistics and delivery solutions to communicate value effectively.
- Maintain accurate call notes, status updates, and reports using CRM or lead management tools.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly outreach and appointment targets.
- Represent the company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and strong customer focus.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outbound or cold sales and appointment setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple follow-ups simultaneously.
- Comfortable conducting high-volume phone work and handling objections confidently.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of accountability.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a quiet work environment for calls.
- Prior experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or inside sales.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to hitting performance goals.
- Ability to quickly understand client needs and position the right service offerings.
- CRM familiarity (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar tools) is a plus.
