About the role

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential leads and introduce the company’s services.
  • Manage appointment setting, coordinating schedules with sales representatives or management.
  • Build, organize, and maintain prospect lists and contact databases for continuous outreach.
  • Follow up with current and past leads to nurture relationships and close potential deals.
  • Develop a solid understanding of the company’s logistics and delivery solutions to communicate value effectively.
  • Maintain accurate call notes, status updates, and reports using CRM or lead management tools.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly outreach and appointment targets.
  • Represent the company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and strong customer focus.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outbound or cold sales and appointment setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple follow-ups simultaneously.
  • Comfortable conducting high-volume phone work and handling objections confidently.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a quiet work environment for calls.
  • Prior experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or inside sales.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to hitting performance goals.
  • Ability to quickly understand client needs and position the right service offerings.
  • CRM familiarity (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar tools) is a plus.
