About the role

  • Serve as the face of Woven Care in the Aurora region and increase awareness of ABA, Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy services
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly visits to assigned pediatrician offices, deliver promotional materials, build relationships with provider staff, and track referral patterns
  • Schedule and coordinate educational lunch presentations, order meals, present Woven Care services to providers, and follow up after presentations; recruit volunteers for events
  • Research and identify relevant community events, represent Woven Care at assigned events, set up booth displays, engage with prospective families, collect contact information, and submit leads within required timeframes
  • Submit weekly activity reports, document visit outcomes, track regional metrics, and maintain contact databases
  • Partner with Clinic Managers, Department Heads, and Community Engagement Lead to gauge areas of need, boost referrals, or specialty programs
  • Drive 10+ hours per week and participate in events requiring standing and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Report to the Community Engagement Lead

Requirements

  • Reliable transportation within Aurora (mileage reimbursement not provided)
  • Professional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently with flexible scheduling
  • Healthcare, marketing, or customer relations experience preferred
  • Driving 10+hours per week
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand at least 30-60 minutes while working events
