About the role

  • Support strategic partnerships with dealers and commercial customers by ensuring excellent post-sales service and technical support
  • Contribute to profitable growth and help expand Kress distribution through service excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the sales team on business development and execution of promotional activities
  • Handle customer communications related to aftersales inquiries, pre- and post-sales advice, and warranty resolutions via email and telephone
  • Drive continuous improvement in service processes and customer satisfaction, focusing on key performance indicators such as response time, repair quality, and partner performance
  • Collaborate with the After Sales team across Nordic markets to ensure comprehensive service coverage and high-quality support
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with dealers, while expanding the service partner network
  • Provide training and technical support to dealers, service partners, and key customers to ensure product knowledge and service excellence
  • Represent Kress at dealer meetings, industry events, and trade fairs, acting as a key ambassador for the brand

Requirements

  • Completed technical training, studies, or a comparable qualification
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
  • A strong technical background and/or high interest in technology
  • Proficiency in digital tools and platforms, including e-learning systems, Adobe, and PowerPoint
  • Valuable knowledge of the battery-powered garden tool industry
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in your work
  • Solid understanding of service and after sales processes
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Empathy and openness in a multicultural business environment
  • Agility, resilience, and a team-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication skills in English and Swedish; good communication skills in Finnish.
