About the role
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly analysis, forecasting and financial reporting for Wells Dairy, Inc.
- Assist with developing and implementing a company wide planning and budgeting process.
- Responsible for reviewing and analyzing financial data that is presented to senior management.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly internal financial reports including effective analysis of key performance indicators.
- Perform financial analysis of financial statements.
- Assist in the preparation of the monthly reports.
- Assist in the preparation of the monthly business forecast.
- Assist with the strategic planning process.
- Assist with the development and implementation of the company wide budget.
- Participate and support initiatives and projects as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting and/or Finance
- Minimum of 3 years experience
- Knowledge: Processes in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Skills: Strong communication skills. Well developed interpersonal skills are necessary to interact effectively with operating company management and staff.
- Abilities: Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in oral, written and presentation formats is essential
