Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly analysis, forecasting and financial reporting for Wells Dairy, Inc.
Assist with developing and implementing a company wide planning and budgeting process.
Responsible for reviewing and analyzing financial data that is presented to senior management.
Assist in the preparation of monthly internal financial reports including effective analysis of key performance indicators.
Perform financial analysis of financial statements.
Assist in the preparation of the monthly reports.
Assist in the preparation of the monthly business forecast.
Assist with the strategic planning process.
Assist with the development and implementation of the company wide budget.
Participate and support initiatives and projects as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors Degree in Accounting and/or Finance
Minimum of 3 years experience
Knowledge: Processes in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
Skills: Strong communication skills. Well developed interpersonal skills are necessary to interact effectively with operating company management and staff.
Abilities: Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in oral, written and presentation formats is essential
