About the role
- Research and identify potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calls, emails, and social media outreach, to engage with potential clients.
- Qualify leads by conducting needs analysis and evaluating their fit for Worth AI's products and services.
- Effectively communicate Worth AI's value proposition and offerings to potential clients.
- Schedule meetings and demos with qualified leads for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and status in CRM software.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies to drive lead generation and conversion.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position Worth AI in the market.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales development representative or similar role, preferably in the computer software/data/credit/risk industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify clients' needs and propose effective solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Hubspot) and other sales tools.
- Understanding of AI and its applications in the business world
- Prior experience in lead generation
- You are comfortable with cold calling and have a persistent and resilient approach to generating leads.
- You have a passion for sales and a desire to exceed targets and goals.
- You are proactive and resourceful in finding potential clients and opportunities.
- You have a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
