Financial Crime

• Review and underwrite customer (KYC) and business (KYB) applications in accordance with UK regulatory standards and Worth AI’s internal policies
• Conduct in-depth risk assessments, including financial analysis, creditworthiness reviews, and fraud detection
• Verify company structures, ownership hierarchies, and beneficial ownership for UK and international clients
• Apply FCA, PRA, AML, and other relevant UK regulations in the underwriting process
• Collaborate with product, compliance, and risk teams to escalate and resolve complex cases
• Make sound underwriting decisions that align with Worth AI’s mission of balancing growth with responsible risk management
• Maintain accurate and auditable records of all underwriting decisions
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Worth AI’s underwriting policies, processes, and AI-driven compliance tools
• Evaluate client and business applications and help strengthen the companys compliance framework
