About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver safety, security, and procedural training for airport ramp service agents
- Conduct initial, recurrent, and on-the-job training
- Ensure compliance with WFS policies, government safety regulations, and operational standards
- Maintain and monitor training records for accuracy and audit readiness
- Conduct local audits of safety and procedural standards
- Update training manuals and standard operating procedures
- Assist with data entry, flight documentation, and passenger processing compliance
- Interface with TSA, FAA, CBP, and local airport authorities
- Support station management with training initiatives and compliance efforts
- Report to local station management with a dotted line to the corporate training team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge and compliance with WFS training policies and processes
- 2 years of ramp operational experience
- Knowledge and experience with aircraft ground movement, ground service equipment, and deicing operations
- Leadership qualities
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to speak clearly and be understood
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
- Regular and timely attendance
- Ability to read, write, fluently speak, and understand English
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Ability to work in variable weather and environmental conditions
- Ability to work in a high-noise environment and restricted spaces
- Ability to push, pull, bend, stoop, twist, turn, reach, crawl, and grip as necessary
- Ability to travel 10%
