Air Logistics Trainer
Worldwide Flight Services (WFS)Trainer providing essential training for new hires and tenured employees at Worldwide Flight Services. Ensuring compliance and effectiveness in training programs across the organization.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for providing training for new hires and tenured employees through various learning methods.
- Provides company, regulatory, carrier or practical training for individual or group settings to new hire as well as tenured employees.
- Creates milestones to be achieved through training methods and create training plans.
- Conducts skill needs assessments to identify specific skill/knowledge gaps, training objectives, work situations and changes in training policies and procedures.
- Coordinates trainings and re-certifications, ensuring training is designed, delivered and evaluated for consistency.
- Observes employees to determine the effectiveness of training programs and ensure that any additional training requirements are fulfilled.
- Complies with all safety policies, practices, and procedures.
- Reports all unsafe activities to supervisor and Safety Manager.
- Maintains training rosters and records with trainees and complies with appropriate training recordkeeping requirements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- HS Diploma, GED or Equivalent.
- Minimum 6 months related operational experience preferred.
- WFS or Carrier Instructor Certification.
- Current qualification and experience on training subject or learning plan.
