About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform all aspects of airport operations, including ticketing transactions, baggage check-in, issuing boarding passes, and dispatching flights in a safe and timely manner.
May also be responsible for baggage service functions of filing loss, damage, and pilferage claims.
Offers efficient and professional customer service and resolves passenger problems as required.
Coordinates with all departments to ensure operational needs are met, including catering, fueling, and maintenance companies.
Acts as company representative when assigned.
Reports to work on a regular and timely basis.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
Six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
Must be able to work weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), holidays and days off.
