Recruiting Coordinator
Worldwide Flight Services (WFS)Onboarding & Compliance Specialist managing pre-employment processes for new hires at Worldwide Flight Services. Balancing multiple priorities in a compliance-driven environment and collaborating with internal teams.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the Badging Signatory, acting as the primary liaison with the Airport Authority for scheduling and tracking badging appointments.
- Support TSA-mandated audits, including annual, biannual, and unannounced inspections.
- Ensure completion of all pre-employment requirements (background checks, drug screenings, and I-9 documentation).
- Track and monitor new hire progress to confirm timely completion of all pre-employment activities for a smooth hiring process.
- Initiate and manage virtual job offers for the Express Line of Business.
- Communicate onboarding steps to new hires and act as their primary point of contact throughout the process.
- Coordinate with Recruiting, Operations, and Training teams to prepare hires for day one.
- Provide guidance to new hires on accessing resources for benefits, payroll, and training.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 2 years of experience in a compliance-related or HR support role
- Proficiency with HRIS/ATS systems; experience with SAP SuccessFactors a plus
- Knowledge of I-9 requirements and onboarding/new hire processes
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Working knowledge of labor legislation and compliance procedures
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Positive, welcoming attitude with strong team collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong computer proficiency; advanced Excel skills preferred
