About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the Badging Signatory, acting as the primary liaison with the Airport Authority for scheduling and tracking badging appointments.
  • Support TSA-mandated audits, including annual, biannual, and unannounced inspections.
  • Ensure completion of all pre-employment requirements (background checks, drug screenings, and I-9 documentation).
  • Track and monitor new hire progress to confirm timely completion of all pre-employment activities for a smooth hiring process.
  • Initiate and manage virtual job offers for the Express Line of Business.
  • Communicate onboarding steps to new hires and act as their primary point of contact throughout the process.
  • Coordinate with Recruiting, Operations, and Training teams to prepare hires for day one.
  • Provide guidance to new hires on accessing resources for benefits, payroll, and training.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a compliance-related or HR support role
  • Proficiency with HRIS/ATS systems; experience with SAP SuccessFactors a plus
  • Knowledge of I-9 requirements and onboarding/new hire processes
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Working knowledge of labor legislation and compliance procedures
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive, welcoming attitude with strong team collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong computer proficiency; advanced Excel skills preferred
