About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage, coordinate, and control airport activities for both Ramp Services and Passenger Service functions;
  • Monitor the quantity and quality of work performance;
  • Direct personnel within assigned functional area;
  • Oversee and advise on staffing requirements;
  • Participate in the discipline, coaching, counseling, hiring and termination of subordinates;
  • Train subordinates and ensure compliance with Company rules and regulations;
  • Perform all aspects of airport operations, including ticketing transactions, baggage check-in, issuing boarding passes, and dispatching flights in a safe and timely manner.
  • Offer efficient and professional customer service and resolve passenger problems as required.
  • Coordinate with all departments to ensure operational needs are met, including catering, fueling, and maintenance companies.
  • Maintain and control all required aspects of the operation in accordance with the corporate security program and TSA legislation.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school;
  • Six months to one-year related experience and/or training;
  • Must hold and maintain a valid driver's license throughout employment.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
  • Must be able to work weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), holidays and days off.
