About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage, coordinate, and control airport activities for both Ramp Services and Passenger Service functions;
Monitor the quantity and quality of work performance;
Direct personnel within assigned functional area;
Oversee and advise on staffing requirements;
Participate in the discipline, coaching, counseling, hiring and termination of subordinates;
Train subordinates and ensure compliance with Company rules and regulations;
Perform all aspects of airport operations, including ticketing transactions, baggage check-in, issuing boarding passes, and dispatching flights in a safe and timely manner.
Offer efficient and professional customer service and resolve passenger problems as required.
Coordinate with all departments to ensure operational needs are met, including catering, fueling, and maintenance companies.
Maintain and control all required aspects of the operation in accordance with the corporate security program and TSA legislation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school;
Six months to one-year related experience and/or training;
Must hold and maintain a valid driver's license throughout employment.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
Must be able to work weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), holidays and days off.
