Air Cargo Warehouse Manager – Operations
Worldwide Flight Services (WFS)Air Cargo Warehouse Manager of Operations responsible for traffic office and ramp management. Overseeing warehouse activities and ensuring customer satisfaction while reporting to the General Manager.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for Traffic Office, Warehouse and Ramp Operations Management.
- Engaged in resolving service failures and implementing corrective and preventative measures.
- Reports to the General Manager.
- Respond to customers concerns via email Daily.
- Monitor and review managers’ performance.
- Monitor and review staff productivity.
- Manage, plan and control all elements of warehouse and ramp activities.
- Oversee office management and ensure customers’ expectations are met.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Prior experience in cargo and ramp operations, and with good customer service and leadership skills.
- Able to work Weekends and Holidays, all shifts.
- Able to work in inclement weather and able to lift weights up to 50Lbs.
