About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Overseeing operation and ensuring that trucks are accounted for at all times.
Creating cases if trucks fail to arrive at scheduled appointment time and follow through until trucks depart.
Communicating with the Ramp Agents in regards to all Inbound and Outbound Flights.
Foreseeing and reporting any possible impacts to operation.
Thoroughly trained in all aspects of the operation.
Working diligently to seek information to ensure operation is running successfully.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2 year’s experience in Data Entry
Have ability to follow instructions
Be willing to work and be trained in all aspects of the operation
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Knowledgeable of Amazon Logistics System
Display ability to work as a team
Detail Oriented
Must Be Flexible
Exceptional Communication Skill
