About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Controllers function as the central clearing house for all data and information for the local operation and the customer.
Maintain consistent and professional communication with warehouse operations, ramp operations, 3rd party trucking providers and the customer through phone calls and updates.
Drive required communications regarding notice of flight/linehaul delays, operational escalations and consumable inventories.

Requirements

What you’ll need

HS Diploma, GED or Equivalent.
Above average interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be able to work under pressure.
Must be able to work alone, and use independent judgement.
Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language.
Familiarity with personal computer software helpful.
