- Engaged in resolving service failures and implementing corrective and preventative measures
- Respond to customers concerns via email Daily
- Monitor and review managers’ performance
- Monitor and review staff productivity
- Manage, plan and control all elements of warehouse and ramp activities
- Oversee office management and ensure customers’ expectations are met.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Prior experience in cargo and ramp operations
- Good customer service skills
- Good leadership skills
- Able to work Weekends and Holidays
- Able to work in inclement weather
- Able to lift weights up to 50Lbs.
