Key responsibilities & impact

Upkeep Inbound and Outbound Trucks Activity Logs.
Professionally handle Inbound calls and outbound calls.
Monitor Inbound and Outbound flights.
Adapt to constant changes in procedures.
Create and send reports on time “in the loop”.
Display ability to work as a team.
Able to work under pressure.
Knowledgeable of Amazon Logistics System.
Have ability to follow instructions.
Be willing to work and be trained in all aspects of the operation.
Any additional tasks or job assignments assigned by management.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2 years’ experience in Data Entry.
High school diploma, GED or Higher.
Professionally handle Inbound calls and outbound calls.
Able to work under pressure and adapt to constant changes in procedures.
Be willing to work overtime when needed.
Detail Oriented with exceptional communication skills.
Good customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) is preferred.
Warehouse experience preferred.
GWAM of 35+ words per minute.
