About the role

  • Coordinate and manage daily flight operations and documentation.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain flight folders.
  • Serve as the primary communication for flight crews, dispatch, ramp, and vendors.
  • Monitor inbound and outbound flights and update schedules and gate assignments.
  • Coordinate aircraft parking, gate usage, and ramp positioning.
  • Communicate ETAs, delays, and operational changes to all stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with CBP and regulatory documentation requirements.
  • Maintain accurate operational records and reporting.
  • Provide administrative and office support VEOCI data capturing and file review.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma, GED or Equivalent.
  • Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age if position requires driving cargo handling equipment.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and Port Authority or Airport Authority (if applicable) permit to use ramp side service roads.
  • Ability to drive all cargo handling equipment.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • High attention to detail and operational accuracy.
  • Willingness and eligibility to become a certified Loadmaster.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in written communication.
  • Moderate Computer literacy (Microsoft, etc.).
  • Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish preferred).
