About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate and manage clinical trials from start-up through closeout activities
  • Direct the technical, financial, and operational aspects of clinical trial projects
  • Secure successful completion of clinical trials
  • Work with major functional area leads to identify and evaluate fundamental project issues
  • Interpret data on complex issues and make business decisions
  • Ensure project solutions are implemented
  • Ensure project deliverables meet customer time, quality, and cost expectations
  • Collaborate with Project Management Directors and other functional area leads
  • Ensure project deliverables meet customer and contract expectations
  • Collaborate across project teams and with scientific and therapeutic leadership
  • Provide flexible, innovative, and proactive solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Ability to manage projects in a multi-office environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English
  • Superior planning and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC systems
  • 5 years' industry experience
  • Previous experience in a Clinical Project Management role within a CRO setting
  • Experience managing Oncology studies is required
  • Ability to travel when needed
  • University/College degree within Life Science is preferred
