About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide administrative and project tracking support to the clinical project team
- Ensure tasks for assigned projects are performed timely and accurately
- Arrange and track system access for project team
- Maintain and quality audit project documents
- Assist project team with clinical trial documentation preparation and shipment
- Maintain version and quality control of project documentation
- Assist with tracking project related information
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree level qualification or equivalent experience
- Minimum of one years’ experience in a related role
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Fluency of the language of the country of location
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and focus on quality of work
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent skills in MS Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
