About the role
- Provide strategic direction on global payroll accounting for approximately 40 countries
- Foster relationships with senior internal stakeholders
- Support new and existing pay programs
- Manage and drive process standardization, automation, and control improvements
- Own the governance of payroll accounting and provide coaching, mentoring and leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 8+ years global payroll accounting experience including use of payroll systems
- Experience of process improvement specifically driving efficiency gains within the business.
- Demonstrable experience of effectively implementing change initiatives within a fast-growing organization
- Managerial experience
