About the role

  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions that meet their goals
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and social channels.
  • Coordinates sales presentations and follow-up conversations.
  • Drive pipeline momentum through consistent follow-up, targeted outreach, and close collaboration with leadership.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to represent WorldVia and connect with potential clients.
  • Track sales progress and report on key metrics to management.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to strategically position our offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
